P4M3 Buccal - mRNA [Gene expression values]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where Human organotypic buccal epithelium cultures were exposed at the air-liquid interface to cigarette smoke and aerosols of different formulations of electronic cigarettes, namely "Classic tobacco" (flavours, nicotine, humectants), "Base" (nicotine, humectants), and "Carrier" (humectants).
Characterization of the tissue inserts’ transcriptome using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays.
This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
