Gene expression regulating the onset of heat-induced intratesticular calcification.

We compared gene expression profiles between testes from C57BL/6 and C57BL/6-background congenic mouse strain B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202âD1Mit403) carrying the telomeric region of MRL-type Chr 1 (67.97â81.63 cM) at 10 days after a single scrotal heat stress of 43°C for 20 min. Overall design: Heat-induced gene expression in mouse testis was measured at 10 days after a single heat exposure. The testes were isolated from 3 C57BL/6 and 3 B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202âD1Mit403). C57BL/6 versus B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202âD1Mit403) analysis was performed.
我们对两组小鼠的睾丸基因表达谱开展了对比分析:一组为C57BL/6品系小鼠,另一组为背景为C57BL/6的同类系小鼠B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202–D1Mit403),该同类系携带MRL型1号染色体的端粒区域(67.97–81.63 cM)。所有受试小鼠均接受单次43℃、时长20分钟的阴囊热应激处理,于处理后10天采集睾丸样本。 实验整体设计:在单次热暴露后10天,检测小鼠睾丸内的热诱导基因表达水平。分别从3只C57BL/6小鼠与3只B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202–D1Mit403)小鼠中分离睾丸组织,并开展C57BL/6与B6.MRLc1-(D1Mit202–D1Mit403)两组间的基因表达差异分析。
