This repository contains electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD) master patterns for five different microscope accelerating voltages (10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 kV) and 120 different crystal structures, compressed into small files of the .sht type by means of a spherical harmonic transform. These files can be used with the EMSphInx indexing program, made available via https://github.com/EMsoft-org/EMSphInx.<br>
