A collection of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus non-anthracis species isolated from blood and cerebrospinal fluid cultures. Bacillus species

Here we analyzed whole genome sequencing data for a collection of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus non-anthracis species isolated from blood and cerebrospinal fluid cultures between 2005 and 2014. The goal of this study was to identify genetic biomarkers that distinguish infection causing B. cereus strains from environmental contaminants.

本研究分析了2005年至2014年间从血液及脑脊液培养物中分离得到的一组蜡样芽孢杆菌（Bacillus cereus）与非炭疽芽孢杆菌（Bacillus non-anthracis）菌株的全基因组测序数据。本研究的核心目标为筛选可区分致病蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株与环境污染物的遗传生物标志物。
