Here, we surveyed root/rhizosphere bacteria via full-length (V1-V9) 16S rRNA sequencing and root transcriptome via RNA sequencing from genetically distinct root monogenic mutants in maize under control, low nitrogen and low phosphorus conditions.

本研究以对照、低氮及低磷培养条件下遗传背景各异的玉米根单基因突变体为材料，通过全长（V1-V9区）16S rRNA测序（16S rRNA Sequencing）分析其根/根际细菌群落，并采用RNA测序（RNA Sequencing）解析其根转录组。
