1. 大鼠被喂食基于氨基酸的半纯化饲料,分为两组:一组饲料缺乏吡咯喹啉醌(Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, PQQ),记作PQQ−组;另一组饲料中添加2 mg/kg剂量的PQQ,记作PQQ+组。对于初始喂食PQQ−饲料的大鼠,还通过腹腔注射方式进行PQQ补充,注射剂量为4.5 mg PQQ/千克体重,每24小时一次,连续3次。
