Look at yourself first: self-assessment versus expert assessment of non-technical skills in nurse anesthetist students during a simulated anesthesia crisis situation

Thirty-five SNRAs completed a non-technical skills workshop for anesthetists, and then participated in a crisis management simulation. A post-simulation self-assessment was performed immediately after the session. The simulation was videotaped for expert assessment using the Anesthetists’ Non-Technical Skills framework.<br>

共有35名SNRAs（SNRA）完成了面向麻醉医师的非技术技能工作坊，随后参与了一场危机管理模拟演练。演练结束后即刻开展了模拟后自我评估。本次模拟演练全程录像，以便采用麻醉医师非技术技能框架（Anesthetists’ Non-Technical Skills）开展专家评估。
