Financial Reporting Direction 22H provides for each consultancy valued at $10 000 or greater (exclusive of GST), an entity shall publish on its website a schedule listing the following: \r\n(a) consultants engaged; \r\n(b) brief summary of the project involved; \r\n(c ) total project fees approved (exclusive of GST);\r\n(d) expenditure for the reporting period (exclusive of GST); and \r\n(e) any future expenditure committed to the consultant for the project.

《22H号财务报告指引》规定，对于价值10,000美元或以上（不含商品及服务税（GST））的每项咨询服务，实体应在其网站上发布一份明细表，列出以下内容：
(a) 受聘顾问；
(b) 所涉项目的简要概述；
