2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行清洗和预处理,有车进入状态该停车场泊位占用数量+1,有车离开状态泊位占用数量-1。去除重复、错误或不完整的数据,将不同来源的数据进行整合和标准化,使其具有统一的格式和语义。平台每间隔半小时按照海宁市、区域、停车场的层次从数据库检索,获取每个停车场泊位总数和查询时刻的泊位占用数量,泊位占用数量/泊位总数得到该停车场的泊位占用率。运用数据分析算法,对历史数据进行挖掘,找出停车高峰和低谷的规律,以及不同区域、不同时间段的停车需求特征。利用实时数据和预测模型,计算出当前的空余车位数量和使用率,并不断更新这些数据。
Parking space query is an intelligent service aimed at addressing users' parking predicaments and optimizing the utilization of parking resources. This application can conduct comprehensive monitoring and accurate statistics on parking lots and roadside parking spaces within a target region. It covers all parking facilities, including large-scale commercial parking lots and temporary roadside parking spots. It collects and updates various types of data in real time via advanced technical means. Users can clearly obtain the number of available spaces in each parking lot and roadside parking space, and intuitively perceive the tightness of parking resources. Meanwhile, data such as utilization rate are readily available, helping users determine which area has relatively sufficient parking resources. This service not only saves users considerable time and energy spent searching for parking spaces, avoids traffic congestion caused by blind parking space hunting, but also guides users to relatively idle parking areas. Thus, it enables more effective utilization of limited parking resources, improves the traffic operation efficiency of the entire city, and brings great convenience to people's travel.
1. Data Collection: Relevant information about parking spaces is collected via multiple sensors and data sources. Inside parking lots, parking space monitoring sensors are used to perceive the entry and exit status of vehicles in real time. For roadside parking spaces, camera-based image recognition technology or geomagnetic sensors are employed to determine whether a parking space is occupied. Additionally, the system interfaces with the data systems of urban traffic management departments to acquire information on roadside parking regulations and restrictions.
2. Data Processing: The collected raw data is cleaned and preprocessed. When a vehicle enters a parking lot, the count of occupied parking spaces increases by 1; when a vehicle leaves, the count decreases by 1. Duplicate, erroneous or incomplete data are removed, and data from different sources are integrated and standardized to ensure unified formats and semantics. The platform retrieves data from the database every half hour at the levels of Haining City, regions and individual parking lots, obtaining the total number of parking spaces in each lot and the number of occupied spaces at the query moment. The parking space occupancy rate is calculated as the ratio of occupied spaces to total spaces. Data analysis algorithms are utilized to mine historical data, identifying patterns of parking peaks and troughs, as well as parking demand characteristics across different regions and time periods. Using real-time data and prediction models, the current number of available parking spaces and utilization rate are calculated and continuously updated.
