Transcriptional responses of Tanreqing treated Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells

Analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 (ATCC 15692) treated by Tanreqing. PAO1 cells are evaluated with RNA-seq to understand the genes affected by this antibacterial agent. Our results provide new vision on the mode of action by Tanreqing. Overall design: We used three PAO1 replicates and three Tanreqing (TRQ)-treated PAO1 replicates to compare the differential gene expression under two growth conditions: exponential phase (EXP) and stationary phase (STA).

对经痰热清（Tanreqing）处理的铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）PAO1（ATCC 15692）开展分析研究。本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）对PAO1细胞进行检测，以明确该抗菌制剂所影响的基因。本研究结果为阐明痰热清的作用模式提供了全新视角。总体实验设计：我们设置三组PAO1空白对照重复样本与三组经痰热清（Tanreqing，简称TRQ）处理的PAO1重复样本，对对数生长期（EXP）与稳定生长期（STA）两种生长条件下的差异基因表达水平进行比较分析。
