Wave Runup Processing R Markdown

This R Markdown file provides the processing steps and notes used to analyze the 10 LiDAR rasters and 8 years of off-shore wave data in order to identify 1) portions of the Fort Morgan Peninsula in Alabama most at risk of wave wash-over and 2) what beach parameters best modeled the observed wave wash-over from the 2016 nesting season.
