BY4741 and BY4741（Δyrr1）transcriptional differences under vanillin stress

Yrr1p is a transcriptional factors which activated genes related to multidrug resistance.The transcriptome of BY4741 and BY4741（Δyrr1）under vanillin stress or vanillin free conditions were conducted,respectivelyBY4741（Δyrr1）相较于野生型菌株（wildtype strain），对香兰素（vanillin）具备更优异的耐受性。为评估这两株菌株间的转录组差异，鉴于Yrr1p是一类可激活多药耐药（multidrug resistance）相关基因的转录因子（transcriptional factor），本研究分别对处于香兰素胁迫条件与无香兰素培养环境下的BY4741及BY4741（Δyrr1）进行了转录组（transcriptome）分析。
