通过钻孔岩芯的纵向序列研究，深化生物碳酸盐沉积学、礁地质学的内容，推动和促进生物礁比较沉积学的发展，最终编写成报告、各类分析测试数据和岩心照片。
Through research on the longitudinal sequences of drilling cores, this work deepens the research contents of biocarbonate sedimentology and reef geology, promotes the development of comparative sedimentology of reefs, and ultimately produces reports, various analytical and test data, as well as core photographs.
