Aristonerilla brevis, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Aristonerilla brevis to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/bacterial-symbiosis-as-an-adaptation-to-extreme-environments-in-annelid-worms/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为水生共生基因组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics, ASG）项目（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/）的组成部分，收集了为短阿里虫（Aristonerilla brevis）生成的基因组与转录组数据，以助力其基因组组装与注释工作，相关样本由ASG中心（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/bacterial-symbiosis-as-an-adaptation-to-extreme-environments-in-annelid-worms/）提供。本项目所产生的数据将遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
