Brassica rapa var. rapa cultivar:ECD04 Genome sequencing and assembly

European turnip ECD04 is considered as one of the most valuable CR resources. To explore the genetic and evolutionary basis of ECD04 resistance against clubroot disease, we de novo assembled the ECD04 reference genome by integrating PacBio long-read sequencing data, Illumina paired-end short read sequencing data and Hi-C data.

欧洲芜菁（European turnip）ECD04被认为是最具价值的抗根肿病（Clubroot Resistance, CR）种质资源之一。为解析ECD04抗根肿病的遗传与进化基础，本研究整合PacBio长读长测序数据、Illumina双端短读长测序数据及Hi-C数据，完成了ECD04参考基因组的从头组装。
