Identification of miRNAs from Hylocereus polyrhizus ‘Zihonglong’ using transcriptome and microRNome

In this work, miRNA hairpins from Hylocereus polyrhizus ‘Zihonglong’ were annotated using Unigenes as a substitution for Genome sequence in combination with sRNA-Seq data sets.
