本数据集针对亚麻木质化韧皮纤维突变体1（flax lignified bast fiber mutant1，简称lbf1）与野生型（wild-type，简称wt）的茎外层组织开展全基因组转录组比较分析。实验材料为营养生长期采收的3株野生型和6株lbf1突变体亚麻植株，从其茎外层组织中提取RNA，用于评估潜在与该突变体表型相关的转录本积累差异。
