METHODOLOGY OF FORMING SPEAKING SKILLS IN DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES

The article investigates how teachers develop speaking skills in their students who need to achieve communicative competence from their foreign language studies. The study uses contemporary Uzbek and international scholarly literature to identify essential methods and teaching resources and theoretical models that support successful speaking skill development. The article demonstrates that digital technologies and interactive formats should be integrated with communicative methodology to create an effective system which improves student oral skills. The findings contribute to ongoing discourse on optimizing foreign language pedagogy in the context of Uzbekistan's educational reforms.本文聚焦探究教师在外语教学中，如何为需通过外语学习达成交际能力的学生培育口语表达技能。本研究依托当代乌兹别克斯坦与国际学术文献，梳理出支撑口语技能高效培育的核心教学方法、教学资源及理论模型。本文论证表明，应将数字技术与互动式教学形式融入交际教学法，以此构建可有效提升学生口语能力的教学体系。本研究结论可为乌兹别克斯坦教育改革背景下外语教学法优化的持续研讨提供有益参考。
