Whole-transcriptome sequencing and ceRNA interaction network construction for temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis [miRNA-Seq]

To investigate the functions of ncRNAs in temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis, we established temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis model induced by unilateral anterior crossbite. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of condylar cartilage at 8 weeks of modeling.为探究非编码RNA（ncRNAs）在颞下颌关节骨关节炎（temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis）中的功能，本研究构建了单侧前牙反（牙合）诱导的颞下颌关节骨关节炎模型。随后，我们采集建模8周时的髁突软骨样本进行RNA测序（RNA-seq），并基于所得数据开展基因表达谱分析。
