We infected bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM) with wild type vaccinia virus Western Reserve (WT-WR) and mutant virus deleting A26 protein (WRΔA26) and analyzed transcriptional profiling of cellular genes at 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours post-infection times (p.i.). Two-condition experiment, WT-WR VS WRΔA26 infected BMDM cells at 4 time points. Biological replicates: 3 infection replicates.
我们使用野生型痘苗病毒韦斯顿储备株(WT-WR)以及缺失A26蛋白的突变病毒(WRΔA26)感染骨髓源巨噬细胞(BMDM),并在感染后1、2、4、8小时(p.i.)对细胞基因的转录组谱展开分析。本实验为双条件实验,在4个时间点下分别检测WT-WR感染与WRΔA26感染的BMDM细胞。本次实验的生物学重复设置为3次感染重复。
