Amyloid beta M(1-42) 13.7 µM in 20 mM phosphate buffer pH 6.8. Incubated with 1.4 µM premade Ab42 fibrils for 2h in quartz NMR tube before being withdrawn for freezing and imaging.样品为溶解于pH 6.8的20 mM磷酸盐缓冲液中的13.7 μM β淀粉样蛋白(1-42)（Amyloid beta 1-42）。将该样品与1.4 μM预制备的Ab42原纤维置于石英核磁共振（NMR）管中孵育2小时，随后取出样品进行冷冻处理与成像检测。
