This dataset supports the manuscript: “Physicochemical characterization of nanoparticles in highly diluted preparations and exploratory plasma proteomic correlates in an N-of-1 study”. It includes physicochemical measurements of Kali carbonicum LM potencies (LM4–LM7), matched lactose controls, and exploratory plasma proteomic data from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled N-of-1 trial. DATA CONTENTS 1. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)- Particle size distribution- Polydispersity index (PDI)- Zeta potential- 320 measurements per preparation under standardized conditions 2. Plasma proteomics- Label-free DIA intensity matrix- Normalized and week-corrected protein intensities- Differential abundance results (log2 fold change, p-values) 3. Clinical data- Longitudinal measurements (BDI, MCS-12, PCS-12, CGI)- Aggregated by study week and treatment condition 4. Raman spectroscopy- Spectral data (100–1800 cm⁻¹ range)- Peak assignments for carbonate-associated bands 5. Supplementary material- Detailed experimental protocols- Droplet evaporation method- Proteomic pipeline description- Clinical timeline and symptom correspondence STUDY DESIGN Single-patient (N-of-1), randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multiple crossover design (AB-AB-AABB), with sequential LM potencies and plasma sampling at predefined timepoints. ETHICS Approved by the Ethics Research Committee of Walter Cantídio University Hospital (CAEE #57739622.4.0000.5045). NOTES - Clinical data were anonymized prior to sharing.- Dates were converted to relative study weeks.- This dataset is intended for reproducibility and exploratory secondary analyses.
