补充视频S8-S10。在纤维蛋白原表面铺展的D723H细胞中,若要高效形成PPLL(Podosome-Pseudopod Like Structure),需对微管(Microtubule, MT)乙酰化水平进行精准调控。实验中,将铺展于纤维蛋白原上的D723H细胞按实验指示分别以载体对照、TSA(Trichostatin A,曲古抑菌素A)或TBSA处理,随后借助配备Leica 20× N PLAN L 0.4 LMC物镜的倒置Leica DMIRE2显微镜,由MetaMorph软件驱动,每5分钟采集一次成像画面。(压缩包大小:2318 KB)
