本数据集收录人类正常皮肤成纤维细胞（human normal dermal fibroblast）、结肠癌（colon cancer）、膀胱癌（bladder cancer）以及转移性乳腺癌（metastatic breast cancer）细胞球（spheroid）的尺寸测量数据。左侧面板包含两类图像：其一为在添加碘化丙啶（propidium iodide, PI）的缓冲液中，经参数为8个100 μs脉冲、场强1000 V/cm、频率1 Hz的电穿孔处理后即刻拍摄的细胞球荧光显微镜图像，用于可视化发生细胞膜通透的电穿孔细胞；其二为治疗前即刻拍摄的另一组细胞球光学显微镜图像（LM）。右侧面板为各组细胞球的生长曲线，处理组分别为168 mM钙（calcium, Ca）、1 mM博来霉素（bleomycin, Bleo）、电穿孔（electroporation, EP）、168 mM钙电穿孔（Ca EP）、联合1 mM博来霉素的电化学疗法（Bleo EP），并设置未处理对照组（Control）。测量时间点包括治疗前以及治疗后第2、3、4天，所有细胞球尺寸均归一化至治疗前的初始尺寸，数据以平均值±标准差（SD）表示，每组样本量n=5~6。
