2.数据处理
2.1实时预警
基于摩托车锂离子启动电池放电容量,容量保持率和电池高倍率放电得到的5秒电压和30秒电压的性能要求,通过设置监测阀值并实现智能预警,当循环至容量保持率<70%的标称容量时结束循环,或者当高倍率放电的5秒电压低于10V或者90秒电压低于7.2V时结束循环。
当测试结束时,若循环记录1000次中均没有预警,则放电容量取1000次的数据;若循环过程中有预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电容量。
2.2性能衰减变化率
采用以下公式计算摩托车锂离子启动电池性能参数:
(1)放电容量保持率=放电容量/标称容量*100%;
(2)容量衰减率=(初始容量-终止容量)/初始容量;
(3)容量变化率=(终止容量-放电容量)/终止容量;
3.数据应用
通过分析摩托车启动电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。
This dataset focuses on the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance under high-rate start-up discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of motorcycle start-up batteries under prescribed charge-discharge regimes and specific cycle counts. It also monitors the 5-second and 90-second voltages during high-rate discharge and the change rates of their corresponding parameters, aiming to evaluate the starting capability, performance attenuation, battery performance stability and battery service life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cycle discharge conditions.
Data Source: Under the prescribed cycle life test regime, real-time capacity data of 02L-12-GFP motorcycle lithium-ion start-up batteries were recorded for 1000 cycles.
2. Data Processing
2.1 Real-time Early Warning
Based on the performance requirements of motorcycle lithium-ion start-up batteries regarding discharge capacity, capacity retention rate, and the 5-second and 30-second voltages obtained from high-rate discharge, monitoring thresholds are set to enable intelligent early warning. The cycle test is terminated when the capacity retention rate drops below 70% of the rated capacity, or when the 5-second voltage during high-rate discharge is lower than 10V or the 90-second voltage is lower than 7.2V.
At the end of the test, if no early warning is triggered throughout the 1000 cycles, the discharge capacity data from all 1000 cycles will be used; if an early warning is triggered during the cycle, the discharge capacity data collected at the time of early warning will be adopted.
2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate
The following formulas are used to calculate the performance parameters of motorcycle lithium-ion start-up batteries:
(1) Discharge Capacity Retention Rate = (Discharge Capacity / Rated Capacity) × 100%;
(2) Capacity Attenuation Rate = (Initial Capacity - Final Capacity) / Initial Capacity;
(3) Capacity Change Rate = (Final Capacity - Discharge Capacity) / Final Capacity;
3. Data Application
By analyzing the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance under high-rate start-up discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of motorcycle start-up batteries, this dataset is used to evaluate the performance attenuation, analyze battery performance stability and predict the service life of this type of battery under long-term cycle discharge conditions.
