Digestive enzymes RT-qPCR

The raw data (expressed as Ct-values) from RT-qPCR on genes for digestive proteases and amylases and maltases, measured in larvae of Control and Selected populations, developing at the poor diet at two stages, (early and late 3rd instar). Actin was used as the reference gene (column "Actin_Ct"). The data underlie the results presented in Fig. 2A,B and Fig. 3B,C in the paper.本数据集包含针对消化蛋白酶、淀粉酶与麦芽糖酶基因进行RT-qPCR检测得到的原始数据，数据以Ct值形式呈现。检测样本为对照组与选育种群的幼虫，这些幼虫均在劣质饲料中发育，涉及两个发育阶段——3龄早期与3龄晚期。实验以肌动蛋白（Actin）作为内参基因，其对应数据列名为"Actin_Ct"。本数据集支撑了本文中图2A、B及图3B、C所展示的研究结果。
