Investigation of 3' terminal modifications of the ribosomal protein mRNAs in the starfish oocytes. Patiria pectinifera

To investigate whether the deadenylated mRNAs were uridylated during starfish oocyte maturation, we monitored 3' terminal region of the ribosomal protein mRNAs in the starfish (Asterina pectinifera) oocytes. The target samples were prepared from various stages from immature oocytes to blastura. The modified version of TAIL-seq protocol was applied and sequencing was performed using Illumina MiSeq.

为探究海星卵母细胞成熟过程中，去腺苷酸化信使RNA（mRNA）是否发生尿苷酸化修饰，我们针对多棘海盘车（Asterina pectinifera）卵母细胞内的核糖体蛋白mRNA的3'端区域开展了监测。本研究的靶标样本覆盖从未成熟卵母细胞至囊胚的各个发育阶段，采用改良版TAIL-seq实验方案，并使用Illumina MiSeq测序平台完成了测序。
