To determine the transcriptomic similarity of undifferentiated carcinomas (UDCs) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas (iCCAs) generated from primary human hepatocytes (phHeps) by oncogene expression and transplantation into immue-deficient mice with liver injury to iCCAs and hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) resected from patients. Comparison of gene expression profile by RNAseq of phHep-derived UDCs 1-3 and phHep-derived iCCAs 4-12 to patient-derived ICCAs A-C and I-O and patient-derived HCCs D-H.
本数据集旨在明确:通过癌基因诱导表达并移植至肝损伤免疫缺陷小鼠体内、由原代人肝细胞(primary human hepatocytes, phHeps)生成的未分化癌(undifferentiated carcinomas, UDCs)与肝内胆管癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas, iCCAs),与临床患者切除的肝内胆管癌及肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinomas, HCCs)之间的转录组相似性。本研究通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)对以下样本的基因表达谱进行比较分析:原代人肝细胞来源的未分化癌样本1-3、原代人肝细胞来源的肝内胆管癌样本4-12,以及患者来源的肝内胆管癌样本A-C、I-O与患者来源的肝细胞癌样本D-H。
