Processed Near-bottom Bathymetry Data (ASCII format) derived from Scanning Altimetric Sonar Data from the East Pacific Rise at 9N acquired with HOV Alvin during Atlantis expedition AT15-13 (2006)

This data set was acquired with an Imagenex 881 Scanning Sonar on the HOV Alvin during Atlantis expedition AT15-13 conducted in 2006 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Karen Von Damm; Investigator(s): Dr. Vicki Ferrini). These data files are of Text (ASCII) format and include Bathymetry data that were processed and merged with processed navigational data after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Temporal Variations in Hydrothermal Fluid Chemistry at 9-10N East Pacific Rise: Elucidating Ties to Crustal and Biological Processes, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE02-42038, OCE03-27126, OCE03-27261, OCE05-25863, OCE05-27208, and OCE07-01196.
