Footnote for Table 3: Note that * indicates parameters obtained from fitting just FLT data sets and † indicates parameters obtained from fitting just DSC data sets. EGTA stands for ethylene glycol tetraacetic acid. NA stands for not applicable and is used for instances where just FLT data was fit. As an additional control, FLT signal was collected at 345 nm, normalized, and subsequently globally fit with DSC denaturation data. The thermodynamic parameters that resulted are similar to those presented above, indicating a lack of water fluorescence contribution at the 340 nm wavelength used for this analysis (Table S3).
