This dataset contains agricultural productivity change (APC) files generated using the Osiris R package (v1.0.4). These files represent climate-driven yield impacts applied to the GCAM-USA model for the IM3 project. The APC files were derived by processing gridded crop yield projections, using TGW-WRF climate data over the contiguous United States (CONUS) and ACCESS-ESM1-5 climate data for the rest of the world, along with atmospheric CO₂ concentrations and nitrogen application (fertilizer). Osiris aggregates these gridded yield outputs to GCAM basins and converts them into crop productivity multipliers for each GCAM commodity, irrigation type, and basin. These multipliers were used to modify baseline agricultural yield assumptions in GCAM-USA, enabling analysis of future climate impacts on the agricultural system. The data are formatted for direct use with GCAM’s AgProdChange XML inputs. These files were used in the IM3 canonical GCAM-USA scenario runs and are versioned for reproducibility.
