Mechanism of Antidiabetic and synergistic effects of ginseng polysaccharide and ginsenoside Rb1 on diabetic rat model

we have discovered that antidiabeticand synergistic effects of ginseng polysaccharide and ginsenoside Rb1. In orderto explore the mechanism, we studied the transformation ofginsenoside Rb1 in rat intestinal microflora in vitro and then explored the gutmicrobiota-mediated mechanisms.

本研究发现人参多糖（ginseng polysaccharide）与人参皂苷Rb1（ginsenoside Rb1）具备抗糖尿病协同效应。为探明其作用机制，本研究体外考察了人参皂苷Rb1在大鼠肠道菌群中的转化过程，并进一步揭示了肠道菌群介导的相关作用机制。
