对4个SC克隆（SC clones）与4个SI克隆（SI clones）在不同时间点的基因表达谱（gene expression profile）进行比较，可鉴定出成功重编程（reprogramming）所需的稳定能力特征（stabilization competency signature）。总体设计：本数据集的mRNA表达谱分析（mRNA profiling）包含5个时间点下的4份SI克隆样本、6个时间点下的4份SC克隆样本，同时纳入3份饲养层样本（feeder samples）。
