ResOfInflam: code to implement a mathematical model of the resolution of inflammation

ResOfInflam holds a selection of code to generate the figures found in the paper 'The resolution of inflammation: a mathematical model of neutrophil and macrophage interactions' (Dunster, J.L., Byrne, H.M. and King, J.R., (2014). The matlab code (sufix .m) provides time-dependent numerical simulations of the models while the XPP code (suffix .ode) can be used to investigate the models steady states and bifurcations behaviour.ResOfInflam数据集包含一系列代码，用于生成论文《炎症的消退：中性粒细胞与巨噬细胞相互作用的数学模型》（Dunster, J.L., Byrne, H.M.及King, J.R.，2014）中的图表。其中Matlab代码（后缀为.m）可提供模型的时变数值模拟结果，而XPP代码（后缀为.ode）则可用于研究模型的稳态及分岔行为。
