Transcriptional profiling of liver tissues in chicken embryo

RNA-Seq was used to identify the liver transcriptome of 6 liver tissues from different incubation days with 3 extremely high and 3 low phenotypic values for the antioxidant enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，对6份取自不同孵化天数的肝脏组织开展肝脏转录组鉴定，上述组织的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）抗氧化酶活性分别对应3个极端高表型值与3个极端低表型值。
