The interactions between GaInSn, and several metal materials, including pure metals (Ni and Ti) and alloys (316H stainless steel (SS) and GH3535), at 650 °C were investigated. The composition of materials before corrosion are listed in Table 1 and 2. Specimens of Ni (8.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 2.0 mm), Ti (10.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 1.2 mm), 316 H SS (10.0 mm × 8.0 mm × 2.0 mm), and GH3535 alloys (9.0 mm × 9.0 mm × 2.0 mm) were placed into quartz tubes with dimensions of 250 mm (length) × 20 mm (diameter). The specimens were then heated at 650 °C for 5 h. After corrosion in GaInSn, the composition of specimens were listed in Table 3 to 6. The weight changes and XRD data of samples can be found in uploaded files.
