The QIN-Breast Dataset consists of longitudinal PET/CT images and targeted MR images, which is utilized to investigate novel approaches for adjuvant treatment of breast cancer. It contains 100,835 images from 68 patients and covers three time points: T1 prior to the initiation of treatment; T2 after one treatment cycle; and T3 after the second treatment cycle or upon completion of all treatments.
