Dataset for: Micronutrient and Vitamin C Concentration Assessment in Native Varieties of La Encañada, Cajamarca - 2006

An evaluation of ten native local varieties was conducted in the La Encañada, Cajamarca area in 2006 to assess their micronutrient and vitamin C content. The study employed a completely randomized design with two replications to determine the concentration of these nutrients.
