Microsatellite genotype dataset for Ilisha elongata (17 loci, 220 individuals)

This item contains raw microsatellite genotype data for Chinese herring (Ilisha elongata), genotyped at 17 polymorphic SSR loci (IELO1–IELO17) for 220 individuals sampled from multiple wild populations along the Chinese coast. Genotypes are provided in Genepop format (files: genepop111 and genepop111.DAT; 4-digit allele codes, two alleles per locus). A sample metadata table (Table Summary of sample information for population analysis of I.elongata) includes individual IDs, population codes, and sampling information used for population genetic analyses (e.g., STRUCTURE/PCA/AMOVA).

本数据集包含中国鳓鱼（Ilisha elongata）的原始微卫星基因型数据：研究人员对中国沿海多个野生种群采集的220个个体，在17个多态性简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat, SSR）位点（IELO1–IELO17）上完成了基因分型。基因型数据以Genepop格式存储，配套文件为genepop111与genepop111.DAT，采用4位等位基因编码，每个位点包含两个等位基因。配套的样本元数据表《鳓鱼种群分析样本信息汇总表》包含个体编号、种群代码以及用于群体遗传分析的采样信息，可支撑STRUCTURE、主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis, PCA）、分子变异方差分析（Analysis of Molecular Variance, AMOVA）等群体遗传分析流程。
