ClassAnn represents the different TE Classes (I, II, Unclassified); nbTE represents the number of TE families in each Class; ncovP represents the percentage of genome coverage of each TE class in the species genome; nbcopie represents the number of copies associated with the TE family for each Class; Sumcov represents the percentage of coverage by all the TEs per genome.
