Study responses of Adult and neonatal APCs to TLR ligands

The overall goal of the study is to define comprehensively and in molecular and cellular detail, differences in recognition and response to microbes between adults and neonates and how these, in turn, contribute to differences in innate immunity and the induction of antigen-specific (adaptive) immunity.
