The human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was treated by berberine at 20uM for 24h, and the control group was not treated with berberine. Total RNA was extracted, and sequenced. The mRNA and miRNA expression profiles were established based on the RNA-sequencing and miRNA-sequencing. Some novel miRNAs were also found.
本数据集的实验处理如下:以20μM浓度的小檗碱(berberine)处理人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901,处理时长为24小时;对照组不施加小檗碱处理。随后提取总RNA并进行测序,基于RNA-sequencing与miRNA-sequencing数据,构建了信使RNA(mRNA)与微小RNA(miRNA)表达谱,此外还发现了若干新型微小RNA。
