Digitisation of Yeh and Lindau Photoionisation Cross Section Tabulated Data CSV Format

This document provides a digitised version of the tabulated atomic subshell photoionisation cross section data calculated by Yeh and Lindau (1985). The data from the original paper was manually mined and deposited into a CSV format for easy access.本文件提供了由Yeh与Lindau（1985年）计算得到的经制表整理的原子亚壳层光电离截面数据的数字化版本。原始论文中的相关数据经手动提取后，被存储为逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）格式，以方便获取与使用。
