Detection of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli co-harboring blaNDM-5 and rmtB in Myanmar. Escherichia coli

A total of 130 clinical isolates of Escherichia coli were obtained between 2015 and 2018 in Myanmar. Of them, 85 isolates showed resistant to carbapenem, aminoglycoside and fluoroquinolone. The all 85 isolates were analyzed by next generation sequencer.

2015年至2018年间，在缅甸共收集到130株大肠埃希菌（Escherichia coli）临床分离株。其中85株对碳青霉烯类（carbapenem）、氨基糖苷类（aminoglycoside）及氟喹诺酮类（fluoroquinolone）抗菌药物耐药。上述85株分离株均通过下一代测序仪（next generation sequencer）完成了分析。
