Simulated multi-omics dataset (RNA + DIA proteomics) with ground-truth pathway activity

This dataset contains a simulated multi-omics benchmark pairing transcriptomic (RNA) and mass spectrometry-based proteomic (bulk DIA) measurements across matched samples, with known ground-truth pathway activity. It was generated to support the development and evaluation of multi-modal pathway activity scoring methods. The dataset comprises 100 samples spanning five distinct groups and two batches, with RNA and protein-level measurements alongside the underlying pathway activity used to generate them. Because the ground truth is known by construction, the dataset enables quantitative assessment of how accurately a given method recovers true pathway activity from multi-omics input.
