To explore the molecular mechanism via which the galactinol synthase 2 (slgols2) affects Chl accumulation and chloroplast development, the RNA-seq experiment was conducted using slgols2 mutant and WT tomato fruits. We used CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology to create the slgols2 mutation. RNA sequencing of WT tomato (Solanum lycopersicum cv. Ailsa Craig) and slgols2 tomato pericarps of the shoulder at 30 DPA.
为探究肌醇半乳糖苷合成酶2基因(slgols2)影响叶绿素(Chlorophyll,Chl)积累与叶绿体发育的分子机制,本研究以slgols2突变体与野生型(Wild Type,WT)番茄果实为材料开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验。本研究通过CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术创制了slgols2突变体。随后,我们对授粉后30天(30 DPA)的野生型番茄(栽培品种艾尔莎·克雷格,Solanum lycopersicum cv. Ailsa Craig)及slgols2突变体番茄的果肩果皮进行了RNA测序。
