Acoustic telemetry data – Sea trout post smolts – Runga watercourse 2022

Data from an in situ infestation experiment, where sea trout post-smolts (n = 64) were exposed to salmon louse. The data includes two files, which provides information about the biological characteristics and fate of the sea trout included in the experiment (“Bio_trout_runga_2022.xlsx”) and the relevant acoustic detections of the tagged sea trout (“Fishdets_trout_runga_2022.csv”).

原位（in situ）鲑鱼虱感染实验数据，实验对象为64尾海鳟降海后幼鱼。该数据集包含两个文件：其一为实验海鳟的生物学特征与命运信息（“Bio_trout_runga_2022.xlsx”），其二为标记海鳟的相关声学探测数据（“Fishdets_trout_runga_2022.csv”）。
