Image files provided in this dataset underlie the manuscript 'Intestinal inflammation and increased intestinal permeability in Plasmodium chabaudi AS infected mice.' Additional related files, which analyse the raw files found here, have been deposited into the 'Open Science Framework' (Project Identifier: DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/CVXDY). These raw image files found here are 40x images of entire small intestinal tissues sections stained by IHC for GFP (to target the malaria parasite) or by H & E of intestinal tissue.
本数据集提供的图像文件，为论文《查氏疟原虫AS株感染小鼠的肠道炎症与肠道通透性升高》的支撑数据。另有用于分析本数据集内原始文件的相关补充文件，已提交至开放科学框架（Open Science Framework），其项目标识符为DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/CVXDY。本数据集内的原始图像文件均为40倍放大的完整小肠组织切片图像：部分切片通过免疫组化（IHC）染色以标记绿色荧光蛋白（GFP，用于靶向疟原虫），其余为肠道组织的苏木精-伊红（H&E）染色切片。
