Operationalizing Circular Food System toward Household Food Resilience

Operationalization of circular food systems for household food security is an effort to integrate circular economy principles into food production, distribution, consumption, and waste management practices to strengthen households' ability to deal with various pressures on the food system. Circular food systems emphasize efficient resource utilization, waste reduction, nutrient recycling, and reuse of food and organic materials, thus creating sustainable and resilient food flows. This bibliometric review aims to map the structure of permaculture research from 2014-2025, highlighting the current research trends and future directions in this fields. The review uses bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis on 235 documents retrieved from the Scopus database.

面向家庭粮食安全的循环粮食系统落地实施，是将循环经济理念融入粮食生产、流通、消费与废弃物管理全流程，以提升家庭应对粮食系统各类压力的能力的实践路径。循环粮食系统强调高效利用资源、减少废弃物、实现养分循环以及食品与有机物料的再利用，以此构建可持续且具备韧性的粮食流通体系。本文献计量综述旨在梳理2014-2025年永续农业（permaculture）研究的发展脉络，明晰该领域当前的研究热点与未来发展方向。本综述基于从Scopus数据库检索获得的235篇文献，采用文献耦合与共词分析方法开展研究。
