This was accomplished according to (a.) their cellular location and (b.) their functional categorization. The white column corresponds to the total extraction of chromatin, while gray and black columns correspond to the salt extraction and total digestion of chromatin respectively. Preparation fractions (supernatant and pellet) were combined where applicable. Protein quantity refers to the percentage of proteins in each category with respect to the total number proteins found in each particular preparation.

本分类操作依据以下两项标准:(a) 蛋白的细胞定位,(b) 其功能分类。白色柱代表染色质的全抽提组分,灰色柱与黑色柱则分别对应染色质的盐抽提组分与完全酶解组分。若适用,将各制备级分(上清液与沉淀组分)进行合并。蛋白占比指各分类下的蛋白数量,相对于对应制备样本中检测到的总蛋白数的百分比。
